Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped USPS 2 Day Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday

Orders typically are processed, verified and shipped within 3-5 business days from the receipt of payment verification. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, holiday season or anything not in our control, the delivery process can take longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available and are sent out via DHL Worldwide and/or USPS.

Shipping times are solely dependent upon the countries final destination.

Preordered Items 

These are advanced purchases made on new items/collections, that will be shipped out at a later date.
This is a great way to guarantee that the product will not be sold out upon arrival to our store.

Each Item/Collection has its own specific shipping date, so please allow 2-3 weeks for these items to be shipped out to you. We will try our best to ship out the preordered items within that time frame. If there are any changes, please refer to the website for updates.

If a preordered item is placed at the same time with a in stock purchase, both items will be fulfilled when the preordered item arrives. 

We suggest placing separate orders so that the in stock item can be fulfilled immediately.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

At Lé VIÉRGE Luxe we try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

TRACKING MY ORDER

When order has shipped, a email confirmation will be sent which includes your tracking number. Given the tracking number you can follow the progress of your shipment. Customers can also visit www.usps.com to manually input tracking number to locate package.
